this is the deal between you and us, written the way everything else here is written — plainly, and short enough that you'll actually read it.
the lazy lean 30-day program: a personalised, high-protein nutrition plan for 30 days — meals, portions, grocery lists, swaps and short explainers — delivered as a web app you open at a private link in your browser and can add to your home screen.
we may improve the meals, the copy and the app over time. what you paid for is access to the 30-day program, not a frozen snapshot of one particular version of it. how updates and changes work is under "changes" below.
it's an educational nutrition program: information and a structure, built to be easy to follow. what you do with it is yours.
everything in the program and on this site is general educational information about food and nutrition. it is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for talking to a doctor, a registered dietitian, or whoever knows your health history.
changing how you eat changes things in your body — how much you eat, when, how much protein, how much fibre, how much salt. before you start this or any other eating plan, talk to your doctor. that goes double if you take any medication, because food and timing can affect how medication works.
in those situations, don't start this without your doctor's go-ahead. if they say no, stop — and see the refund section for the 14-day doctor exception.
if you feel faint, unusually weak, dizzy, unwell, or anything else that worries you, stop and speak to a doctor. don't push through it because a plan told you to. nothing here is worth that.
you tell the app what you avoid and it builds around that, but we can't see your kitchen or your labels. always read the label on what you actually buy. if you have an allergy, treat every ingredient list as yours to check.
we do not promise you will lose weight, or lose any particular amount. what happens depends on your starting point, your body, your health, your medication, your sleep, your stress and how closely you follow it. anyone who promises you a number is guessing.
the number on the scale can also go up, stay flat, or move slowly — from water, muscle, salt, or where you are in your cycle — while your body is changing in ways the scale doesn't show. that is not the program failing, and it is not something we refund for. any estimate you saw before buying was built from your quiz answers; it is an estimate, not a result.
this is our promise on top of whatever the law where you live already gives you; it never reduces those rights.
if you're in the eu or the uk, one thing to know first. the law gives you 14 days to cancel most online purchases. for digital content like this app, that right ends the moment you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that — which is the box you tick above the buy button. if you ticked it, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply and the promise below is what stands. if you were somehow able to buy without ticking it, you keep the 14 days, and we'll honour them.
do the 30 days first. we count day 1 as the day you paid. your refund window opens on day 31 and stays open for five weekdays (monday to friday). inside that window, email hello@dailylazylean.com or use dailylazylean.com/refund with your order id, and you get a full refund — no questions. your access to the app ends when the refund is made.
before day 31 we can't refund — it hasn't had time to work yet. write anyway: we reply within two weekdays with the exact date your window opens, and we'll try to fix whatever's wrong in the meantime. after the window closes, it has closed.
two exceptions sit outside that window:
refunds go back the way you paid, through lemon squeezy, and usually land in a few days. your exact dates are on the me tab in the app and on /refund.
the short version, the one every page quotes: do the 30 days first — then you have five weekdays to ask for a full refund. the whole promise is in the terms.
the moment your payment goes through, you get a private link to the app — on the confirmation page and by email from our payment provider. open it on the phone you'll actually use, and add it to your home screen.
we intend to keep the program available for as long as we run lazy lean. if we ever have to shut it down, we'll give you notice and a way to keep what you paid for.
you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the program for yourself. everything in it — the meals, the plans, the text, the images, the app, the name — stays ours. the licence lasts as long as your purchase does: access ends on refund.
so, plainly: don't resell it, don't share your link or license key, don't post the contents, don't upload it to a file-sharing site, and don't repackage it as your own product or use it to build a competing one. screenshotting a meal for a friend or your family group chat is fine. handing over the whole thing isn't.
if a purchase is being shared or resold, we may close the access it came from. if we do that because of something you did, there's no refund.
payment is handled by lemon squeezy, who act as merchant of record for the sale. that means lemon squeezy is the seller on your receipt, and they handle the payment, the tax and the invoice. we never see or store your card details.
to the terms. the terms in force on the day you bought are the ones that apply to your purchase. we'll update this page when the product changes or the law does, and the date at the top says when. a later version applies to you only where it's better for you, or where the law requires it. the refund promise you bought under is the one you keep.
to the app. we improve the meals, the copy and the app over time, and you get those improvements at no extra cost. fixes and improvements need nothing from you. if we ever make a change that takes away something you use — not a fix, not a new feature, an actual downgrade — we'll tell you by email before it happens, and you have 30 days from that email to ask us for a full refund. access ends on refund, like any other.
lazy lean is run by ONE SIDE BUSINESS S.R.L., a company registered in romania, trading as lazy lean at dailylazylean.com.
the sale itself is made by lemon squeezy as merchant of record (see "price, payment and tax"); these terms cover the program, your licence to use it, and our promises about it.
if you're a consumer in romania or elsewhere in the eu and we can't sort something out between us, you can turn to the romanian consumer protection authority, anpc.ro, or to the alternative dispute resolution body in your own country.
the program is provided as it is. we've built it carefully and we stand behind it with the refund above, but we can't promise it will produce a particular outcome for you, and we're not liable for what follows from choices you make about your own eating and health. nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law says can't be limited — and if the law where you live gives you consumer rights, those rights come first, always.
if we ever end up in a dispute, email us first. we'd much rather fix it than argue about it.
these terms are governed by the law of romania, and the courts of romania have jurisdiction, without taking away any protection the law of the country you live in gives you as a consumer, including your right to bring a claim where you live.
if one part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
one person reads this inbox, and it's us. we reply within two weekdays.
refunds, device slots, a lost link, a question about your plan, or anything on this page — same address. refund requests can also go through /refund, which shows you your exact dates.
